We are glad to report that it constantly goes up the rankings, however. It sounds a lot like paradise with its “Mediterranean climate” and proximity to Santa Barbara. The residents are star-studded, of course. Just so you know, Rob Lowe, Drew Barrymore, Oprah Winfrey, Ellen DeGeneres, and Portia de Rossi all own homes here. We are sure that they picked Montecito after careful deliberation.
